If the problem of industrial combination of ceramics and bearings is not solved, it is empty talk to realize high-quality mass production and low-cost production to meet the market demand. At present, the domestic enterprises that can produce bearings can not manufacture ceramic materials, and the enterprises that can produce ceramic materials can not manufacture bearings. At present, some bearing manufacturers have little knowledge about ceramic bearings and ceramic ball bearings, especially the research on ceramic material science and engineering. People are familiar with the surface content of ceramic bearings and ceramic ball bearings. A kind of bearing made of ceramic material is ceramic bearing, adding ceramic ball is ceramic ball bearing. Domestic ceramic bearings and ceramic ball bearings can only be used in the environment of corrosion resistance, electric insulation, magnetic insulation, low speed and light load. There is also a big problem in the manufacturing of domestic ceramic materials. Under the premise that the process and technology have not passed the standard, the blind pursuit of low price results in the performance of materials can not achieve the expected effect. It makes the development of ceramic bearings and ceramic ball bearings go astray, and also causes more users to lose confidence in ceramic bearings and ceramic ball bearings.
Moreover, as the research and development of high-tech products, it has to go through two stages of technology intensive investment and capital intensive investment.
